| Abstract: | 中国における伝統医学は「気」の思想とともに今日までに受け継がれてきた医学であり、とりわけ鍼灸学は国際的にも市民権を獲得してその評価は高く、医療の一部として臨床実践の現場で活躍している。しかしながら鍼灸学を学ぶ上での刺鍼技術の習得は容易なものではなく、刺鍼手技の動作が治療効果にも大きく奏功することから、教育機関での手技実習の熟練が要求されている。そこで今回は刺鍼手技の史実が鍼灸学上の手技に与えた影響について若干の検討を加えた。その結果、「気」の思想に基づいた鍼技術の必要性が示唆された。(著者抄録) |
